Purchasing Information Delivery Information Delivery takes on average 10 working days from the date you place your order depending on parts availability. If there is to be a delay you will be notified. You can check the progress of your order and the estimated delivery date at any time via our order status page. All home customers will receive a pre-call to arrange a suitable delivery date. This call will be made when the delivery company receive the order from the factory. All deliveries are scheduled during working hours 9am - 5:30pm. Due to the value of deliveries, all customers are required to be available to receive the product ordered.
